- TIMING - You need to drink 1 scoop of Weight Loss Drink Mix on a daily basis, immediately after any meal. Don't skip cups, however in case you miss it then it's better to take it delayed rather than skipping it. - PREPARATION - Take 1 scoop of the powder in hot boiled water or milk (100 ml). Spoon comes in the pack. It is suggested not to boil the powder directly on fire.
